Because many of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
However, your happiness is important to us! If your item doesn't fit quite right or you'd prefer a different size or color, we're happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets our exchange requirements below.
Exchange Policy
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Returned with original tags (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We carefully prepare every order, but occasionally mistakes happen.
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

- Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Sale or clearance items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior exchange authorization
For health and hygiene reasons, certain products may not qualify for exchange once opened or used.
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning it.
Exchange Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you regarding the status of your exchange.
If approved, we'll process and ship your replacement item as quickly as possible.
Because many of our products are made to order, replacement processing times may vary based on product availability.
